Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- (175 degrees C).
- Cook the manicotti according to the package instructions.
- Rinse with cold water after draining.
- Combine ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, parsley, salt, and black pepper in a large mixing bowl.
- Combine thoroughly.
- Fill each manicotti shell halfway with the cheese mixture.
- In the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish, spread 1 cup marinara sauce.
- Arrange the filled manicotti shells on top of the sauce in a single layer.
- Pour the rest of the marinara sauce over the manicotti.
- Wrap aluminum foil around the baking dish.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
