Singapore Vermicelli Noodles with Pork Recipe

This Singaporean-style vermicelli noodle dish is a flavorful, quick and easy meal. The combination of tender pork, crunchy vegetables, and fragrant spices results in a tasty and filling dish.

  • Cook Time: 15 minutes
  • Total Time: 30 minutes

Instructions

  • Soak the vermicelli noodles for 10-15 minutes in hot water, or until soft.
  • Set aside after draining.
  • Combine the curry powder, soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
  • In a large pan or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  • Stir-fry the sliced pork for 3-4 minutes, or until cooked through.
  • Stir-fry the onion and garlic for another 1-2 minutes in the pan.
  • Stir in the sliced bell pepper and bean sprouts for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  • Add the cooked vermicelli noodles and sauce mixture to the pan.
  • Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, or until the noodles are thoroughly heated and the sauce is evenly distributed.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy.
