Squid Ink Linguine with Seafood Recipe

This delicious linguine with squid ink and mixed seafood is ideal for a special occasion or a romantic dinner for two. The seafood is perfectly cooked, and the linguine has a subtle briny flavor from the squid ink.

Instructions

  • A large pot of salted water should be brought to a boil.
  • Cook until the squid ink linguine is al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
  • Drain and set aside the linguine.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil while the linguine is cooking.
  • Cook until the garlic is fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • Cook the mixed seafood in the skillet until it is just opaque, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Set the seafood aside after removing it from the skillet.
  • Bring the white wine and fish stock to a simmer in the skillet.
  • Cook until the liquid has been reduced by half, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Stir in the butter until it is completely melted.
  • Toss the cooked linguine and seafood in the skillet to combine.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Serve with lemon wedges and garnished with chopped parsley.
