Spaghetti Bolognese Recipe

• 1 onion, chopped
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 can crushed tomatoes (28 oz)
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 pound ground beef
• 1 teaspoon dried basil
• 1/2 cup beef broth
• 1 teaspoon dried oregano
• 1/4 tsp black pepper
• 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
• 1/2 cup red wine
• 1/4 cup tomato paste
• 1 pound spaghetti

• Prep Time: 10 minutes
• Cook Time: 30 minutes
• Total Time: 40 minutes

Instructions

• Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions.
• Cook ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned.
• Cook until the onion and garlic are tender.
• Combine crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, beef broth, red wine, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
• Bring to a boil, then reduce to a low heat and continue to cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
